By accessing or using the Crush Security platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Crush Security provides an enterprise control plane for managing security subscriptions, vendor relationships, and cybersecurity posture. The Service includes our web platform, APIs, AI-powered assistant (Cassandra), and related tools.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Crush Security and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you input into the platform.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crush Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
